This is often a very common question from partners and resellers. To address this query once and for all, we have decided to make a small note for your help.
To renew account license, partners receive License Key on request. Follow the below instruction to update the license key in SAFEQ Cloud.
If you need a new one, please get in touch, by opening a support ticket along with the Account UUID for the SAFEQ Cloud account.
Simply Click License
And you can see the UUID in the License Screen.
Once you have received the new account license key, simply go into the license page, and click the Enter License Key button at the top right. Paste in the new license key and click Save.
That’s it. You can see a success message on successful license renewal. Please get in touch with our support if you face any issue during the renewal process.
