Troubleshooting: Jobs stuck as Awaiting Processing

How to Fix Jobs Stuck on 'Awaiting Processing' Status

Issue:

Jobs are sent to EveryonePrint but sit as "Awaiting processing" indefinitely on the Monitor screen.

Resolution:

  1. Open your file explorer to <EOP install dir>\logs directory
  2. Open the log file eopwebservices.log and search for entries similar to this one:

This likely means the default port 7290 was changed, but the eop.xml config file was not updated correctly, per the documentation.
